About the Chamber
John Bellave – CEO
John has over 20 Years experience as an investment advisor and Broker. Prior to his appointment as CEO of the GlobalChamber he owned a successful Commodity Firm.
His qualities include; great communication and leadership skills, and is considered by many, to be one of the most effective trainers and motivators in the Direct Sales Industry.
He resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife JoJo and his two daughters.
Russ Cardwell – President
Russ truly understands that the key to any successful sales organization is effective communication and making sure everyone on the team is moving in the same direction. His experience on a National level will play an important role in the GlobalChamber achieving their aggressive growth goals over the next few years.
He has 4 beautiful children; a 24 year old son and 19 year old daughter residing in Ohio, and a 12 year old son and 10 year old daughter in San Diego where he currently resides.
Sean Conway – CTO
A 15 year IT veteran with a wide range of skills and experience, is a man who somehow manages to combine high levels of experience and competence in the IT world, with a down to earth and easy to talk to demeanor. One of those rare individuals who really understands the nuts and bolts of technology, and who can also sit down and talk business with anyone. Able to take complex topics and make them easy for anyone to understand, Sean is the perfect CTO who has the ability to Plan, procure, and implement robust networks for any size operation, and who can also then keep them running, train a staff to keep running, or just let the boss know what “needs to be done”
Sean is a subject matter expert on;

Server Operating systems (Microsoft, Unix, Etc),
Personal Computing,
Networking,
Internet Hosting

Larry Kozin – Founder / Past President
Larry has owned and/or operated many successful businesses since 1975.
Highlights of his career include the establishment of furniture stores he sold in the mid 1980′s that are still in business today to being a top earner and leader in many networking and direct sales ventures.
Besides inventing the GlobalChamber he also co founded the Federal Chamber of Commerce and received an acceptance of trademark from the United States Patent and Trademark Office on September 7th, 2005.
Larry commutes between Las Vegas and San Diego. He raised two sons who are also in the business world.
